It is particularly important to me that no party to the contract makes unsecured advance payments, i.e. the buyer only pays the purchase price if his acquisition of ownership (free of encumbrances) is guaranteed and the seller does not transfer his ownership without having received the purchase price. We then ensure that the transaction is handled swiftly and carefully so that ownership is transferred as quickly as possible without conflict.
I also support and advise large and small real estate developers, project developers and subdividers comprehensively in all notarial matters in connection with real estate, in particular with property developments or subdivision and sale projects.
